Preclinical Studies of Neural Stem/Progenitor Cell Therapy for Ischemic Stroke: A Systematic Review

CONCLUSION: Most of the preclinical studies reported statistically significant effects and very few adverse reactions. Transplantation of NSPCs for ischemic stroke still needs to be optimized for several key factors.
