ConclusionsOur data indicate that the effect of HPCAL1 knockdown on reducing SRC-mediated LDHA activity attenuates NSCLC growth. Our findings reveal novel biological functions and a mechanism  underlying the role of HPCAL1 in NSCLC growthin vitro andin vivo.
