Bacteriological profile and antimicrobial susceptibility pattern of cerebrospinal fluid shunt infections in infants and children

Conclusion: Most common organisms isolated were A. baumannii followed by E. faecalis. Carbapenem resistance was noted in these isolates which were sensitive to colistin. All Gram-positive isolates were sensitive to vancomycin and linezolid.
