Human herpesvirus 6 myelitis after chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy
This article reports a fatal case of HHV-6 myelitis with quadriplegia after anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy, highlighting an at-risk population for HHV-6 central nervous system (CNS) infection that has not been described previously.
