Cutaneous Lesions in a Patient with Cancer

AbstractA 61-year-old male with a diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the oral cavity with pulmonary metastases was referred to us for palliative chemotherapy after the failure of a taxane and platinum combination. On examination, he had a Karnofsky performance status (PS) of 50 and a body mass index of 17.5  kg/m2. Systemic examination was unremarkable except nodular and plaque-like itchy lesions on the left lateral chest wall of 3-week duration.
