Molecular detection of brucellosis in dromedary camels of Qatar by real-time PCR technique
CONCLUSION: The findings of this investigation discloses that PCR technique is a sensitive and specific technique for the identification of Brucella spp. in dromedary camels. Most of the tissues samples showed the presence of Brucella spp. and also we concluded that there is a need for further studies to be conducted in order to identify specific species of Brucella.PMID:34265544 | DOI:10.1016/j.cimid.2021.101690
