A rare presentation of SLE coronary vascular disease detected on Tc-99  ​m MDP bone scan SPECT CT

A 64-year-old female with a long-standing history of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and antiphospholipid antibody syndrome underwent a Tc-99  ​m MDP (methylene diphosphonate) bone scan for investigation of musculoskeletal pain.
