Uterine rupture in pregnancy after hysteroscopic septum resection: a 20-year retrospective analysis.
CONCLUSION: Uterine rupture in pregnancy after a previous HSR is a very rare, but life-threatening event. Prompt diagnosis can ensure successful management and avoid adverse maternal-fetal outcomes.
