Joint associations of physical activity and body mass index with the risk of established excess body fatness-related cancers among postmenopausal women
ConclusionOur results do not support the hypothesis that leisure-time physical activity mitigates the excess risk associated with higher BMI for risk of breast, endometrial, or colon cancer among postmenopausal women.
