Epidemiology and survival outcomes of primary gastrointestinal melanoma: a SEER-based population study

ConclusionPatients with primary GI melanoma trended to  present with advanced-stage disease. Overall, GI melanoma had a poor prognosis, but the outcome differed according to the primary sites.
