Increased Platelet Aggregation in Children and Adolescents with Sleep Disordered Breathing.

CONCLUSION: The finding of increased platelet aggregation is consistent with endothelial damage. This suggests that the profile of cardiovascular changes noted in adults with SDB may also occur in children with SDB.
