Quality of life improves significantly following real-world oral immunotherapy for peanut- allergic children.

CONCLUSION: We report a significant improvement in the overall quality of life before and after peanut oral immunotherapy treatment, with fewer concerns about accidental exposures and severity of allergic reactions, and fewer limitations in dietary choices and social interactions.
