Sulforaphane mitigates mast cell-mediated allergic inflammatory reactions in in silico simulation and in vitro models.
Conclusion: Our findings suggest that sulforaphane and WE have anti-allergic inflammatory effects by intercepting caspase-1/NF-κB/MAPKs signaling pathways.
