Tracheobronchial Y stents and esophageal stenting in esophageal carcinoma with lesions near the carina
Conclusions: Tracheo-bronchial Y stenting followed by esophageal stenting is an effective and suitable method of palliation in advance esophageal carcinoma. Interventional management in them is almost always palliative and should only be considered when definitive treatment is not feasible.
