Effects of tiotropium bromide and fluticasone propionate/salmeterol on myocardial ischemia in patients (pts) with COPD and stable angina during 24-hour ambulatory Holter ECG monitoring
Conclusion: 6-month course of complex treatment of pts with COPD group D and stable angina including either tiotropium bromide or fluticasone propionate/salmeterol does not increase the incidence of symptomatic and silent episodes of ST-segment depressions, and may be considered safe.
