ConclusionsThe characteristic signs of a damaged thermo ‐nociceptive system as revealed by LEPs were absent in this large cohort of FMS patients.SignificanceThe present research does not support the hypothesis that small fibre neuropathy is a significant contributor to the pathophysiology of FMS.
