Phase I/II Trial of Nanomolecular Liposomal Annamycin in Adult Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
CONCLUSION: Single-agent nanomolecular liposomal annamycin appears to be well tolerated, and shows evidence of clinical activity as a single agent in refractory adult ALL.
