Levator recession and minimal lateral tarsorrhaphy for the management of lagophthalmos and corneal exposure in facial palsy.

CONCLUSION: Recession of levator muscle was effective in reduction of margin-reflex distance 1 and lagophthalmos in facial palsy patients.
