Association between EXOC3L2 rs597668 Polymorphism and Alzheimer's Disease.

CONCLUSIONS: To our knowledge, this is the first study that assesses the association between rs597668 polymorphism and AD by meta-analysis. We believe that our findings will be very useful for future genetic studies in AD.
