A meta‐analysis of healing and prevention of digital ulcers (DU) in systemic sclerosis (SSc)

Conclusion:Small sample sizes, few comparative trials, and heterogeneity limits the conclusions. The results suggest a role for PDE5 inhibitors in the healing of DU; bosentan and IV iloprost may prevent new DU. © 2013 by the American College of Rheumatology
