Epilepsy and traditional healers in the Republic of Guinea: A mixed methods study.

CONCLUSIONS: Traditional healers in Guinea provide frontline care for PWE in Guinea with considerable delays in AED initiation, even among a cohort of PWE actively seeking medical care.
