Determinants of enlarged main pulmonary artery diameter in patients with scleroderma and concomitant obstructive sleep apnoea
Conclusion: OSA is associated with enlarged mPA in patients with SSc independent of pulmonary involvement. Whether or not treatment of OSA may reduce the risk for development of pulmonary hypertension in SSc, remains to be further explored.
