Impact of Anticoagulant Choice on Hospitalized Bleeding Risk when Treating Cancer-Associated Venous Thromboembolism.
CONCLUSIONS: In this practice-based sample of CA-VTE patients, DOACs were associated with similar bleeding risks to warfarin and LMWH.
