The effect of nutrition training on clinical findings and anthropometric measurements of children with celiac disease

Rationale: Adherence to the gluten-free diet is strongly associated with the health-related quality of life and clinical signs in celiac disease. Frequent monitoring of nutritional training improves the quality of life and adapts to the diet of individuals. The aim of this study was to investigate the reflection of nutrition training on clinical findings and anthropometric measurements of children with celiac disease.
