Clinical and laboratory features of patients with osteomalacia initially presenting with neurological manifestations

ConclusionsIt was not uncommon for patients with osteomalacia to visit the neurology department. The clinical presentation of these patients can be more complex owing the superimposed neurological disease and accompanying hypocalcemia. Osteomalacia should be considered when patients present with pain and weakness.
