ConclusionsAstragalus polysaccharides increased the sensitivity of SKOV3 cells to cisplatin potentially by activating the JNK pathway. The apoptosis-related genes may contribute to the process. Thus, APS may be useful for the treatment of ovarian cancer as an enhancer of chemosensitivity.
