Metastasis to the esophagus from primary adenocarcinoma of the lung
ConclusionsA distant metastatic tumor to the esophagus with mucosal infiltration is an exceptional event. In our patient, immunohistochemistry was useful to confirm the diagnosis of primary lung carcinoma.
