P-154 * bilobectomy for non-small-cell lung cancer: results of a multicentre study on 425 cases
Conclusions: Bilobectomy is associated with increased morbidity. Five-year survival is influenced by tumour stage and completeness of resection. Worse survival occurs in adenocarcinoma and bronchus intermedius involvement.
