Risk adjusted mortality after hip replacement surgery: a retrospective study.

CONCLUSIONS: Our study found that gender, age, EI comorbidities and APR-DRG risk of death are predictive factors of in-hospital and 30-day mortality outcomes in patients undergoing HR.
