Long ‐term antipsychotic use and brain changes in schizophrenia – a systematic review and meta‐analysis

ConclusionsAntipsychotic medication may associate with brain structure changes. More long‐term follow‐up studies taking into account illness severity measures are needed to make definitive conclusions.
