Is nonabsorbable nasal packing after septoplasty essential? A meta ‐analysis
ConclusionsNonabsorbable nasal packing is no more effective than treatments without packing after septoplasty. Septal splints and transseptal sutures reduce postoperative pain, headache, and synechia.
