Differential uptake of CD146-specific antibody in solid lung malignancies

Conclusions This study evaluated 64Cu-NOTA-YY146 for molecular imaging of CD146 in six human lung cancer cell lines, revealing that tumor accumulation was dependent upon CD146 expression levels. In the future, these imaging agents may be employed for the non-invasive imaging of CD146 positive tumors, allowing for better monitoring of therapeutic response and patient stratification.
