Isolated neurosarcoidosis presenting with multiple cranial nerve palsies.

CONCLUSIONS: Isolated neurosarcoidosis is difficult to diagnose. Successful diagnosis requires compatible clinical findings, histological demonstration of noncaseating granulomas, and exclusion of other granulomatous diseases.
