Sleeping Around: How to Sleep on a Lavender Farm

"Have any more of that lavender spray?" It is not the urgent question you might expect from a seven-foot professional basketball player, but recently I was assaulted with requests from some of the NBA athletes with whom I work for little two ounce bottles of lavender pillow spray. Although there isn't much you can do about the firmness of the mattress or the noise in the hallway at 2 a.m., there are simple tricks to create a sense of familiarity and help ensure a good night's sleep.
