Human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stromal cells improve myocardial fibrosis and restore miRNA-133a expression in diabetic cardiomyopathy

CONCLUSION: Intravenous injection of hUC-MSCs ameliorated key functional and structural features of DCM in male mice with diabetes of shorter and longer duration.
