AbstractEosinophilic myocarditis can result in endomyocardial fibrosis affecting both ventricles, leading to restrictive cardiomyopathy. Multimodality imaging is crucial for diagnosis, as demonstrated in this case of a patient presenting with symptoms of heart failure.
