Brain drain in pediatric anesthesiology: The geographic and demographic distribution of national origin among pediatric anesthesiologists in the United States
CONCLUSIONS: International medical graduates, disproportionately from low- and middle-income countries, compose a large proportion of the US Pediatric Anesthesiology workforce.
