Genome-Wide DNA Methylation Profiling in Human Dilated Cardiomyopathy
Purpose: DNA methylation controls transcriptional expression. The role of DNA methylation in heart failure (HF) and response to left ventricular assist devices (LVAD) is unknown. Here, we examined genome-wide DNA methylation in end stage dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and response to LVAD therapy.
