Is Chronic Lung Allograft Dysfunction More Common After Lung Transplantation for Pulmonary Complications of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation?

The objective of this study was to investigate whether CLAD occurs more frequently after lung transplantation for LONIPCs of HSCT. The impact of the donor source was also examined, comparing living-donor lobar lung transplantation (LDLLT) with deceased-donor lung transplantation (DDLT).
