Genotype Analysis of LVOT Gradient Measurements in Patients Receiving Mavacamten for Obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy?

Purpose: Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is the most common genetically inherited cardiac condition encountered. Recent utilization of cardiac myosin inhibitors has altered the management of obstructive symptoms. In this retrospective analysis, we compare the response to therapy in patients with obstructive HCM being treated with mavacamten based on genetic positivity.
