A Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE) Based PH Detection Model Using View Agnostic Classifier

Purpose: Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a cardiopulmonary condition characterized by increased pressure in the pulmonary arteries, right heart failure and early demise. Early and accurate detection of PH is crucial for timely management and improved patient outcomes. Although recommended in the European Society of Cardiology/European Respiratory Society (ESC/ERS) guidelines as the non-invasive modality to screen for PH, transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) often misses PH; particularly for patients specified as low risk by the guidelines.
