Predominance of MGMT promoter methylation among Pakistani glioblastoma patients

CONCLUSION: This is the first comprehensive study highlighting a predominance of MGMT methylation in Pakistani GBM patients. Furthermore, our findings underscore the association of MGMT methylation with improved OS across diverse treatment modalities.
