Prevalence of endocrine disorders in 304 premenopausal women referred with oligomenorrhoea
CONCLUSIONS: We found higher prevalence of CS in patients with oligomenorrhoea even in the absence of clinical signs. Therefore, we suggest routine screening for CS during the evaluation of patients with oligomenorrhoea and/or PCOS. The likelihood of CS is greater in patients with high androgen, especially DHEA-S levels.PMID:38497394 | DOI:10.5603/ep.96737
