Can MRI Replace Nasopharyngoscopy in the Evaluation of Velopharyngeal Insufficiency?

CONCLUSIONS: In patients receiving MRI as part of their preoperative VPI evaluation, the addition of nasopharyngoscopy did not result in a difference in surgical selection or resolution of hypernasality.
