Analysis and validation of hub genes in neutrophil extracellular traps for the long-term prognosis of myocardial infarction
CONCLUSION: The NETs formation could be highly related to MI and the long-term prognosis of MI can be significantly influenced by the NETs formation. Four hub genes, namely FOS, EGR1, PTGS2, and HIST1H4H, have the potential to be key genes related to this process. They could also serve as biomarkers for predicting MI prognosis and as targets for gene therapy.PMID:38485036 | DOI:10.1016/j.gene.2024.148369
