Tumor Tissue Modified Viral HPV DNA Monitoring in Patients with Recurrent, Metastatic HPV-driven Oropharyngeal Cancer
Monitoring circulating tumor tissue modified viral (TTMV)-HPV DNA during post-treatment surveillance is a tool for detecting recurrence in patients with HPV-positive oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC). We investigated the utility of the assay to capture therapeutic response and predict survival outcomes in patients with recurrent, incurable or metastatic (R/M) disease.
