High-fat diet promotes prostate cancer metastasis via RPS27
ConclusionOur findings indicate that HFD increases the risk of PCa metastasis by elevating RPS27 expression and, subsequently, the expression of genes involved in PRAD progression. Therefore, RPS27 may serve as a novel target for the diagnosis and treatment of metastatic PCa.
