The clinical significance of calcium/magnesium ratio in primary hyperparathyroidism: unveiling a clinical association

CONCLUSION: Ca/Mg and cCa/Mg ratios in particular seem more valuable in determining the presence of nephrolithiasis than the currently used 24-h urine Ca measurement.
