Frequent Fanconi Anemia-Associated Liver Abnormalities before and after HSCT

Liver abnormalities in Fanconi anemia (FA)are not well characterized. We hypothesized that clinically significant liver injury (CSLI) is common in patients with FA regardless of hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) status.
