Stroke after Acute Type A Dissection Repair Using Right Axillary Cannulation First Approach
CONCLUSIONS: Majority of strokes in ATAD occurred perioperatively from various mechanisms predominantly affecting the right anterior circulation irrespective of the arterial cannulation site.
